** LIABILITY WAIVERS ** (VERY IMPORTANT)

Everyone participating in the lock-in at the Texas Rock Gym Friday night needs to complete liability waivers.  Please download the age appropriate waiver from http://www.texasrockgym.com/waivers.php  for each participant and complete prior to arriving Friday night.  This is required for all participants of any age (adults too), even if you are just belaying and not climbing.  A Parent or Guardian signature is required for anyone under age 18.   If you’re bringing a friend, please make sure their parent has completed the waiver form before leaving for the rock gym.  The lock-in begins at 11:00 and the instruction begins as soon as everyone has arrived and checked in with waivers.  Please have these waivers completed ahead of time so we can all get started right away!

•    Go through the first light (Echo Lane), and turn left at the next one (Campbell Road)

Scouts and Adults,

The Annual Planning Meeting scheduled for Saturday, August 1st has been moved since the park is no longer allowing us to check in early. We will begin at 12 Noon. Please eat lunch PRIOR to the meeting.

Once the scouts have completed their planning, we will eat dinner. Everyone is welcome to stay and swim.

Please bring your own folding chair, swimsuit, and towel!

Directions to the planning meeting:
- From Hwy 6, turn onto Sienna Parkway into Sienna Plantation (at CVS / HEB intersection).
- Follow Sienna Pkwy past the fire station, past Sienna Springs Rd, past Sienna Ranch Rd, past the Exxon Station at McKeever Rd.
- Turn LEFT at the next light onto STEEP BANK TRACE. (This is not well marked. This is the intersection with the Sienna Plantation sign that is lit up.) (*** If you go over the overpass which goes over the train tracks, you've gone too far!) Watch your speed!
- Go straight at the STOP SIGN, past Sienna Crossing Elementary.
- The 2ND STREET on your LEFT is DELL LANE. Turn LEFT.
- Go past the first culdesac.
- The 2nd culdesac is DELL CIRCLE. We are the 3rd house on the right, 10307 Dell Circle.

You are welcome to block in our trucks. Please be careful not to block anyone's drive. There is plenty of parking on Dell Lane.
